STEPS TO PRE-ORDER:
1) Select your pickup store for Grocer Feast or Grocer Kitchen. For Yu Wagashi, kindly enter your postcode for delivery purposes.
2) Log in to preorder.bites.com.my. Pre-orders need a separate account from your regular Bites account. If you haven’t signed up yet, please create a pre-order account before logging in.
3) Add the items to the cart, then click the cart icon in the top right corner to review your order.
4) Verify your order details and enter your Bites ID and phone number.
5) Select your preferred delivery date and time slot.
6) Double-check your details to ensure accuracy before proceeding to checkout.
7) Choose a payment method and click "Pay Now". We accept Card, Online Banking, and E-Wallet payments.

GROCER FEAST:
1) Pre-order available for Village Grocer, Klang Valley outlets only.
2) Pre-order available only for Bites Shop Self Pickup at selected outlets.
3) Pre-order valid from 20 November - 31 December 2025. All orders must be placed 5 days in advance (Last pre-order date on 31 December 2025).
4) Pick up available from 24 November 2025 - 5 January 2026
5) Pick up time is from 5pm - 7 pm (available from 24 November - 5 Jan 2026) OR 12pm - 2pm (available from 18 December - 5 Jan 2026). Collection outside of these hours are not available.
6) Products will be handed over at room temperature. Kindly refrigerate if not consumed within the day.
7)Payment must be paid in full upon confirmation of order.
8) After payment made, changing the time, date and outlet are not allowed.
9)Cancellation requests will not be entertained once the order has been placed and paid.
10)All sets are using Halal ingredients.
GROCER KITCHEN:
1) Pre-order available in all B.I.G stores, BSC Fine Foods, Village Grocer @ Bangsar Village (Village Pantry), Village Grocer @ IOI Mall Kulai, Village Grocer @ Paradigm Mall Johor and Village Grocer @ Mid Valley Southkey only.
2) Kindly be informed that the Santa's Feast Turkey set is not available for the Johor Bahru area. Orders from Johor Bahru will be automatically cancelled for this set.

1) Pre-orders are available exclusively online at Klang Valley area only.
2) Pre-order valid from 20 November - 31 December 2025. All orders must be placed 5 days in advance (Last pre-order date on 31 December 2025).
3) Delivery available from 24 November 2025 - 5 January 2026
4) Only delivery service is available for Yu Wagashi's pre-orders.
5) Delivery time is from 5pm - 7 pm (available from 24 November - 5 Jan 2026) OR 12pm - 2pm (available from 18 December - 5 Jan 2026). Delivery will be handled by Yu Wagashi team.
6) Full payment is required upon order confirmation.
