STEPS TO PRE-ORDER:
1) Choose your preferred pickup store.
2) Log in to preorder.bites.com.my.
3) Add the items to the cart, then click the cart icon in the top right corner to review your order.
4) Verify your order details and enter your Bites ID and phone number.
5) Select your preferred pickup date and time slot.
6) Double-check your details to ensure accuracy before proceeding to checkout.
7) Choose a payment method and click "Pay Now". We accept Card, Online Banking, and E-Wallet payments.

1) A flat delivery fee of RM15 will be charged per transaction.
2) Pre-orders are available at Village Grocer Penang outlets: 1st Avenue Mall and Queens Waterfront Q1 Commercial only.
3) Delivery & Pick-up Time Slots are available between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM only.
4) Orders must be placed at least one (1) day in advance.
5) Please note that door-to-door delivery is not available.
6) Full payment is required upon order confirmation.
7) Once payment is made, changes to the time, date, or outlet are not allowed.
