STEPS TO PRE-ORDER:
1) To pre-order online, visit preorder.bites.com.my
2) Login with your details (email & password).
*If you are a new user, please Sign Up by providing your email, password, full name & phone number.
3) Select your Preferred Pickup Store.
4) Add the Items to the cart, then click the cart icon at the top right corner to Review your order.
5) Select your preferred Collection Date & Time Slot at the Set Collection Method/Date/Slot column.
6) Enter your Bites ID and Phone Number.
7) Double check your Details to ensure accuracy before proceeding to checkout.
8) Click “Continue”, then “Pay Now”. For Payment Method, we accept Card, Online Banking & E-Wallet payment.
9) Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will Receive an Order Confirmation Email with Order Barcode.

1) While stocks last.
2) Pre-orders are available exclusively online at Klang Valley area only.
3) Pre-order valid from 6 August - 22 September 2026. All orders must be placed 3 days in advance (Last pre-order date on 19 September 2026).
4) Delivery available from 9 August 2026 - 25 September 2026.
5) Only delivery service is available for pre-orders. Delivery will be handle by Yu Wagashi team.
6) Delivery time is from 12pm-2pm OR 5pm-7 pm.
7) Full payment is required upon order confirmation.
8) Once payment is made, changes to the time, date, or outlet are not allowed.
9) Cancellation requests are not allowed.
10) Images shown are for illustration purposes only.
11) All sets are using vegan and muslim friendly ingredients.
12) Any special requests will not be entertained.
