- Requesting to collect at a specific time is not possible. Product must be collected within the stipulated date & time. Please ensure the recipient is available for same-day item collection.
- Self-collect at BIG IPC Shopping Centre PJ, The LINC KL & Mall of Medini Johor.
- Products will be handed over at room temperature. Kindly refrigerate if not consume within the day
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained once the order has been placed and paid.
