Butchery: Pre-order Terms & Conditions

• Photos are for illustration purposes only.
• Order 3 days in advance, from 16 November – 30 December 2023, pick up from 10am – 10pm.
• Last pick up date is on 2 January 2024. Subject to change depending on stock availability.
• This pre-order items are only available for delivery & self-collect at major Klang Valley locations & selected areas in Johor.
• Delivery time is from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Request to deliver at a specific time is not possible.
• All items will be delivered directly to the shipping address provided.
• Purchasing customer to make sure that recipient is available at the address stated to receive the item on delivery day.
• Purchasing customer to bear the cost for any return of item to store & re-delivery in the event of a failed receipt/delivery.
• Cancellation requests will not be entertained once order has been placed and paid.
