Pre-order Terms & Conditions

• This is a pre-order item (7 days preorder), only available for major Klang Valley locations.
• Order placed duration is until 25th July 2022 (last order date).
• Delivery duration is available until 5th August 2022 (last delivery date).
• All items will be delivered directly to the shipping address provided. Self pick-up option is available at B.I.G Publika Store only. 
• Order will be shipped out within 7 days from day of order. Recipient will be notified when the order is being shipped out.
• Delivery time is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Requests to deliver at a specific time will not be entertained.
• In the event that any product/item becomes unavailable we will swap it for a similar item of equal value.
• Photos are for illustration purposes only.
• Cancellation requests will not be entertained once order has been placed and paid for.
• Purchasing customer to make sure that recipient is available at the address inputted to receive the hamper on delivery day. 
• Purchasing customer to bear the cost for return of item to store & redelivery in the event of a failed receipt/delivery.
