Ready to Eat: Pre-order Terms & Conditions

VG Klang Valley Pre-Order (11 Nov – 28 Dec 2023)

Notes:

• All meals are cooked with Halal ingredients.
• Photos are for illustration purposes only.
• Products will be handed over at room temperature. Kindly refrigerate if not consume within the day.
• Order must be placed 5 days in advance, from 11 November – 28 December 2023.
• Last pick up date is on 2 January 2024. Subject to change depending on stock availability.
• All pre-order purchase must be made before 5pm daily. The items will be ready to collect on the selected day once payment is confirmed or as otherwise advised.
• Self-collect is only available for major Klang Valley locations only.
• Pick up/self-collect time is from 12pm - 2pm (available from 20 Dec – 2 Jan 2024) & 5pm - 7pm (available from 16 Nov – 2 Jan 2024).
• Requesting to collect at a specific time is not possible. Product must be collected within the stipulated date & time. Please ensure the recipient is available for same-day item collection.
• Cancellation requests will not be entertained once the order has been placed and paid.

**Kindly be noted that all confirmed order is subject to stock availability within the time order is made. Any changes to the order will be updated accordingly.
