STEPS TO PRE-ORDER:
1) To pre-order online, visit preorder.bites.com.my
2) Choose your preferred pickup store.
3) Login with your details (email & password). If you are a new user please sign up with your details first name, last name, email & password.
4) Add the items to the cart, then click the cart icon at the top right corner to review your order.
5) Provide your Bites Membership ID, WhatsApp/Phone Call & select your preferred pickup date & time slot.
6) Double check your details to ensure accuracy before proceeding to checkout.
7) Choose a payment method click Pay Now. We do accept Card, Online Banking & E-Wallet payments.
9) After payment done, you will received a confirmation email.

VILLAGE PANTRY:
1) All prices shown are inclusive of SST.
2) Pre-order available for all Village Grocer outlets in Klang Valley, except Village Grocer @ Bangsar Village (Village Pantry).
3) Pre-order available for Bites Shop Self Pickup at selected outlets only.
4) Pre-order period: 23 February - 19 March 2026. Orders must be placed at least 3 days before the selected pick-up date. Final pre-order date: 19 March 2026.
5) Pick up available from 26 February - 22 March 2026. Final pick up date: 22 March 2026.
6) Pick up time is from 3pm - 7 pm. Collection outside of these hours are not available.
7) Products will be handed over at room temperature. Kindly refrigerate if not consumed on the same day.
8) Full payment is required upon order confirmation.
9) Changes to pick-up time, date or outlet are not allowed after payment.
10) Cancellation requests will not be entertained once the order has been placed and paid.
