Bumper Harvest - Atlantic Salmon

STEPS TO PRE-ORDER:

1) To pre-order online, visit preorder.bites.com.my

2) Login with your details (email & password).
*If you are a new user, please Sign Up by providing your email, password, full name & phone number.

3) Select your Preferred Pickup Store.

4) Add the Items to the cart, then click the cart icon at the top right corner to Review your order.

5) Select your preferred Collection Date & Time Slot at the Set Collection Method/Date/Slot column.

6) Enter your Bites ID and Phone Number.

7) Double check your Details to ensure accuracy before proceeding to checkout.

8) Click “Continue”, then “Pay Now”. For Payment Method, we accept Card, Online Banking & E-Wallet payment.

9) Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will Receive an Order Confirmation Email with Order Barcode.


HOW TO COLLECT?

1) Present the Order Barcode from your Order Confirmation email at the Customer Service Counter for collection.

2) Before leaving the counter, ensure all fish cuts have been prepared correctly.

3) Any weight difference will be refunded within 7-14 working days from collection date to original payment method. This process is automated.

FRESH NORWEGIAN ATLANTIC SALMON WHOLE 3-4KG (AIR FLOWN):

1) While stocks last. First come, first served basis.

2) Pre-order available at all Village Grocer outlets only.

3) Promotion applies to whole fish only, based on Bites Shop 4.2KG. Actual fish weight may vary between 3kg - 4.2kg+-.

4) If the final weight of the salmon exceeds the initial estimate (4.2KG), the customer will be required to pay the difference in-store.

5) Full payment is required upon order confirmation.

6) Pre-order and payment period: 24 June - 29 June 2026.

7) Collection Date & Time: 30 June - 6 July 2026 (1:00pm OR 6:00pm).

8) Pick-up store, collection date, and time slot cannot be changed once payment has been made.

9) Cancellation requests are not allowed.

10) Any weight difference will be refunded within 7-14 working days from collection date to original payment method. This process is automated.

11) Kindly present the order barcode from your Order Confirmation email at the Customer Service Counter for collection.

12) Only fillet cuts are available for pre-order. Each order will be cut into 12 pieces and vacuum-packed, regardless of size. (12 fillet cuts in vacuum packed + head + skin + bones).

13) Chilled orders must be collected on the selected collection date. Any uncollected orders will be stored frozen and can be collected as frozen order.

14) Chilled fish can be cooked immediately after collection. Frozen fish should be thawed before cooking.

15) Please keep the original receipt until refund process completed.

16) Any special requests will not be entertained.

17) Please be advised that there may be potential delays in processing your order. We appreciate your understanding.
