STEPS TO PRE-ORDER:
1) Choose your preferred pickup store.
2) Log in to preorder.bites.com.my. If you are a new user, please register an account before logging in.
3) Add the items to the cart, then click the cart icon in the top right corner to review your order.
4) Verify your order details and enter your Bites ID and phone number.
5) Select your preferred pickup date and time slot.
6) Double-check your details to ensure accuracy before proceeding to checkout.
7) Choose a payment method and click "Pay Now". We accept Card, Online Banking, and E-Wallet payments.

1) No purchase limit, while stocks last.
2) Pre-orders are available exclusively online at all 14 Bites Shop outlets only
3) Orders must be placed 4 days in advance.
4) Only self-pickup is available for pre-order.
5) Pre-order period: 4 July to 7 July 2025.
6) Collection period: 8 July to 11 July 2025.
7) Pick-up time slots available from 10:00am to 10:00pm (8 July to 11 July 2025 only).
8) Kindly present the confirmation email with the order number at customer service for collection.
9) Full payment is required upon order confirmation.
10) Once payment is made, changes to the time, date, or outlet are not allowed.
