STEPS TO PRE-ORDER:
1) Choose your preferred pickup store.
2) Log in to preorder.bites.com.my.
3) Add the items to the cart, then click the cart icon in the top right corner to review your order.
4) Verify your order details and enter your Bites ID and phone number.
5) Select your preferred pickup date and time slot.
6) Double-check your details to ensure accuracy before proceeding to checkout.
7) Choose a payment method and click "Pay Now". We accept Card, Online Banking, and E-Wallet payments.
TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY. WHILE STOCKS LAST.
1) A flat delivery fee of RM15 will be charged per transaction.
2) Pre-order is available exclusively at Village Grocer IOI Mall Damansara and 1 Mont Kiara.
3) Pre-order period is from 1 May to 10 May. "Pick-up" and "Delivery" are available from 9 May to 11 May 2025.
4) Delivery and pick-up time slots are limited to:
• 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
5) Pick-up can be done at your selected time at the Customer Service Counter.
6) Full payment is required upon order confirmation.
7) Once payment is made, changes to the time, date, or outlet are not allowed.
8) Images shown are for illustration purposes only.
9) Greeting card messages are limited to a maximum of 12 words.
10) Please include your greeting message under the “Remark” section.
