Pickup
Steps to Pre-order:
1) Select your preferred pickup store.
2) Log in to preorder.bites.com.my.
3) After adding to the cart, click the cart icon in the top right corner to review your order.
4) Verify your items and enter your details (Bites ID & Phone Number).
5) Choose your preferred pickup date and time slot.
6) Enter your details and ensure it is correct before proceeding to checkout.
7) Select a payment method and click "Pay Now". We accept Card, Online Banking, and E-Wallet payment.

1) No purchase limit, while stocks last.
2) Promotion applies to whole fish only, based on Bites Shop +/- 3.8KG.
3) Full payment is required upon order confirmation.
4) Pre-order period: 19 - 24 February 2025.
5) Collection Time & Date from 1:00pm OR 6:00pm (25 February - 2 March 2025).
6) Pick-up store and date cannot be changed once payment has been made.
7) Cancellation only allowed on the same day of payment. Any cancellation requests made after this period will not be accepted.
8) Any weight difference will be refunded within 7-14 working days from collection date to original payment method.
9) Kindly present the confirmation email with the order number at customer service for collection.
10) Only fillet cuts are available. Each order will be cut into 10 pieces as per the chosen cut and vacuum-packed, regardless of size.
11) Please be advised that there may be potential delays in processing your order. We appreciate your understanding.
12) Please keep the original receipt until refund process completed.
13) Any special requests will not be entertained.
