Steps to Pre-order Bites Shop Online
1) Seek for your Feast selection.
2) For Delivery, input your postcode then click "Check Postcode"
3) For Self Pickup, select your preferred store then click "Continue"
4) Add to cart your Feast set (Maximum per cart is 5 items).
5) Click the cart icon on top right corner to view cart.
6) Check your item and key in your details (Bites Member ID, Phone Number & Order Note)
7) Select a "Date" & "Time" and click "Checkout"
8) For Delivery key in your Contact & Delivery Address.
9) Select a payment method then click "Pay now".

Grocer's Feast Pre Order
1) Pre-order available for Village Grocer, Klang Valley outlets only (Except Bangsar Village Grocer).
2) Pre-order available for Bites Shop Online Delivery Service & Self Pickup.
3)All orders must be placed 5 days in advance (Last pre-order date at 28 December 2024).
4)Pick up available from 21 November 2024 - 2 January 2025.
5) Pick up time is from 5pm - 7 pm (available from 21 Nov - 2 Jan 2025) OR 12pm - 2pm (available from 19 Dec - 2 Jan 2025). Collection outside of these hours are not available.
6) Payment must be paid in full upon confirmation of order.
7) After payment made, changing the time, date and outlet are not allowed.
8) Cancellation requests will not be entertained once the order has been placed and paid.
9) Flat Rate RM20 Delivery Fees will charge for each transaction (Maximum 5 items per order).
10) Products will be handed over at room temperature.
11) All sets are using Halal ingredients.
